Chefchaouen | Majestic Blue City of Morocco (27 pics)

Majestic Blue City of Morocco, Medina Chefchaouen — The Chefchaouen is a pretty little town of about 40,000 resident was founded in 1471 by Mulay AlĂ Ben Rachid and located in northeastern Morocco near the Mediterranean Sea. Beyond its picturesque stands for an obvious reason, the blue color that floods the city from end to end. Houses, courtyards, walls, shops, streets, roads, all have this blue color of the Mediterranean sea. And this is why Chefchaouen is such a popular tourist destination for photography with its wonderful and panoramic view of the Hispanic flavored town of blue and white washed houses with tiny balconies, tiled roofs and patios embellished with citrus trees and the majestic views of the Rif Mountain.
