Santos Express - A Genuine Old Train Hotel — The Santos Express Train Lodge is a genuine old train parked on the Santos Beach in the harbor town of Mossel Bay in the Southern Cape of South Africa. With all cabins facing the sea the unique and romantic experience of staying on a real train only 30 meters from the sea you cant really beat its unbelievable position and exquisite views. There's 7 coaches of which 4 are identical with 5 compartments 2-4 sleeper 2 coupes 1-2 sleeper 2 toilets and 1 shower. The 5th coach is divided into a 16 bed Dorm with a self catering kitchen, lounge and the Caboose - an on suite room with balcony Coaches 6-7 are vintage Royal Ladies 2 Suites in every coach with king size bed. With double, single and budget compartments, accommodation has spectacular sea views and hot, clean showers. Great seafood, traditional meals, Cosy bar, stunning view and a nice warm atmosphere.
