Angel Falls - The Highest Waterfall in the World — Angel Falls is the world's highest uninterrupted waterfall with the height of 979 m (3,212 ft), with a plunge of 807 m (2,647 ft). It is located in the highlands of Guyana Canaima National Park, in the Gran Sabana region of Bolivar State, Venezuela in South America. The height of the falls is so great near the ground and there are no roads leading to the waterfall.

These are the awesome images of Angel Falls where I visited before boston to dc bus tours. We visited Angel falls in the dry season, meaning there was not so much water going over the falls. It also means there is not so much water in the river to get the boat there, and we almost did not make it. If you travel in May (Dry season) triple check if they are running the boats all way to the falls. They may offer a boat trip just half way to the falls (with no view of the falls).
